CoreLeoni ist eine Schweizer Hard-Rock/Classic-Rock-Band aus Lugano, die von Gitarrist Leo Leoni geleitet wird. Das Repertoire der Gruppe besteht hauptsächlich aus Songs der Frühphase der Band Gotthard, deren Leiter ebenfalls Leoni ist.
Das, was CoreLeoni dann seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2017 auf die Beine stellen nennt man dann wohl halsbrecherischen, knallharten und klassischen Metal der Siebziger und Achtziger Jahre. Und dies präsentieren die Herren um Herrn Leoni mit einer Präzision, die schon beinah an Genialität heranreicht. Spielfreude inbegriffen. Heute nun präsentieren wir mit, Generection, das mittlerweile vierte Studioalbum der Schweizer, die hier mit elf neuen Songs aufwarten und ihr Können erneut, eindrucksvoll unter Beweis stellen. Nicht nur ist, Generection, dass bis lang härteste Album, sondern glänzt besonders durch seine gewollt in Analog aufgezeichnete rohe Fassung. Gerade dieser analoge Sound lässt das Album so anders klingen und weckt den Geist klassischer Siebziger, Achtziger Rockproduktionen. Freunde des unverfälschten Hard Rock und Heavy Metal werden hier Feuer und Flamme sein und dieses Album schon jetzt zu einem der ganz großen Veröffentlichungen des Jahres küren. Spieltechnisch fast schon perfekt. Härte genau richtig. Klang fantastisch. Und jeder einzelne an diesem Album beteiligte in Bestform. Sowohl an den Instrumenten als auch am Mikrofon. Ein Hochgenuss des Metals und Rock den man gern auch öfter hintereinander laufen läßt.

CoreLeoni is a Swiss hard rock/classic rock band from Lugano, led by guitarist Leo Leoni. The group's repertoire consists primarily of songs from the early days of the band Gotthard—also led by Leoni.
Since their formation in 2017, CoreLeoni has delivered what can best be described as breakneck, hard-hitting classic metal in the vein of the 70s and 80s. Leoni and his bandmates present this material with a precision that borders on genius—and with evident joy in playing. Today, we present *Generection*, the Swiss band's fourth studio album; it features eleven new tracks that once again impressively showcase their skills. *Generection* is not only their heaviest album to date but also shines thanks to its raw, intentionally analog recording style. It is precisely this analog sound that gives the album a unique character, evoking the spirit of classic rock productions from the 70s and 80s.
