Metal mal völlig anders. Nachdem die Piraten des Harten Genres, Visions of Atlantis aus Österreich mit ihrem zehnten Album, Pirates, international Erfolge erzielen konnten und auch in den Charts offiziell unter den zwanzig besten Alben landeten, hieß es erst einmal auf, auf zur Fahrt auf hoher See und das neue Material weltweit live präsentieren. Es folgte das mittlerweile dritte Live Album unter dem Namen, Live over Wacken, welches ihren fulminanten Auftritt auf dem betitelten Festival wiedergibt. Das, dass aber den Piraten nicht genügt, zeigt ihre Veröffentlichung des, A Pirate‘s Symphony Albums, welches bereits am ersten Dezember 2023 das Licht der Welt erblickte. Auf selbigen geht die Mannschaft von Visions of Atlantis aber einen völlig anderen Weg. Man serviert hier dem gewillten Hörer das komplette Pirates, Erfolgsalbum, in rein instrumentaler Fassung und dreht die Schraube des bombastischen Classic Symphonie Metals noch einmal kräftig in die Höhe. So entführt, A Pirate‘s Symphony, den Hörer in eine verzauberte Welt aus Klassik und metallischer Symphose und lässt ihn eintauchen in eine verträumte Atmosphäre, fern ab von der so grauen Realität unserer Zeit. Wer für ein paar angenehme Minuten den grauen Alltag hinter sich lassen möchte und einfach einmal völlig entspannt der Musik von Visions of Atlantis lauschen möchte, der ist mit diesem Werk bestens bedient. Metal is completely different. After the hard genre pirates, Visions of Atlantis from Austria, achieved international success with their tenth album, Pirates, and officially landed among the twenty best albums in the charts, it was time to set off on a journey on the high seas presenting new material live worldwide. This was followed by the third live album under the name, Live over Wacken, which reflects their brilliant performance at the festival of the title. But that's not enough for the pirates, as shown by their release of the A Pirate's Symphony album, which saw the light of day on December 1st, 2023. However, the Visions of Atlantis team is taking a completely different path. The willing listener is served the complete Pirates, successful album, in a purely instrumental version and turns the screw of bombastic classic symphony metal up once again. A Pirate's Symphony takes the listener into an enchanted world of classical music and metallic symphonies and allows them to immerse themselves in a dreamy atmosphere, far away from the gray reality of our time. If you want to leave the gray everyday life behind you for a few pleasant minutes and simply listen to the music of Visions of Atlantis in a completely relaxed manner, this work is ideal for you.
