Titan Fox dürfte dem einen oder anderen noch als Frontman und Sänger der legenderen Ross the Boss Kapelle bekannt sein. Spätestens aber seit 2015 kennt man den charismatischen Shouter als „Anführer“ der vier Herren unter dem Namen Hammer King. Selbige zelebrieren seither geradlinigen Powermetal, den sie bis zum heutigen Tag auf bisher fünf Studioalben präsentierten. Diesen Freitag nun kam zeitgleich mit dem Start ihrer Tour zusammen mit Winterstorm und den Warkings das sechste Album auf den Markt. Erneut kämpfen sich die Hammer Kings mit zehn nagelneuen Stücken quer durch einer Welt aus Mythen und Geschichten. Hier ist Headbangen einfach Pflicht und kein Tanzbein wird in Ruhe verweilen. Gemischt und gemastert wurde das neue Album von niemand geringeren als, Jacob Hansen in den Hansen Studios, der unter anderem für seine Arbeit mit Bands wie Amaranthe, Arch Enemy und Volbeat bekannt ist. Die Produktion übernahm auch diesmal wieder, Charles Greywolf von den Genre-Giganten POWERWOLF. Hier kann und wird der gewillte Metal Fan nichts vermissen. Wer sich aber dennoch vorher noch von der Qualität überzeugen möchte, der kann dies gern auf der, wie bereits erwähnten Tour, die im Übrigen gerade erst gestern in Berlin gastierte und mich schon einmal persönlich mehr als überzeugen konnte, tun.
