Bereits über zwanzig Jahre beschert uns Ausnahmegitarrist, Gus G., u.a. Ozzy Osbourne, Arch Enemy, Dream Evil, das große Vergnügen mit seiner eigenen Formation, Firewind, dass Vergnügen Wahnsinns Alben genießen zu dürfen. Selbige, übrigens bis Dato, zwölf an der Zahl, überzeugen nicht nur mit dem unbeschreiblichen Style und Können des genannten Gitarristen, sondern stets auch durch die Wahl des jeweiligen Frontmannes und Sänger. War das bereits 2020 erschienene letzte Studioalbum, schlicht Firewind betitelt, wie auch seine Vorgänger erneut ein Erfolg und weiterer Meilenstein in der Bandgeschichte, so kommt nun mit, Firewind Still Raging - 20th Anniversary Show, ein Live Album auf den Markt, welches sowohl das Können der Band, als auch die Stimmung auf Firewind-Konzerten versucht einzufangen und dem Hörer und Fan näher zu bringen. Nun, bin ich kein echter Freund von Live Alben. Lieber bilde ich mir meine Meinung direkt in der Halle oder den Stadien. Aber wer eben dieses Vergnügen nicht hat oder bisher nicht hatte, kommt bei dieser Live Session aber voll auf seine Kosten. Die Blue Ray enthält 20 Live-Songs in bester Bild und Ton Qualität. Als Zugabe, gibt es die zwanzig Livesongs noch einmal oben drauf auf Doppel-CD als einzigartiges Hörvergnügen. Alle Songs wurden Live bei der 20th Anniversary Show im Pricipal Club Theater, aufgenommen. Und selbst ich als Kritiker von, eben Live-Alben, muss zugeben, dass sich das mir vorliegende Ergebnis tatsächlich hören und sehen lassen kann. Nun genug der Worte. Holt euch die Blue Ray und genießt einen ausgelassenen Konzertabend in den eigenen vier Wänden. Power up!!!!
For more than twenty years, exceptional guitarist Gus G., including Ozzy Osbourne, Arch Enemy, Dream Evil, has given us the great pleasure of being able to enjoy the pleasure of madness albums with his own formation, Firewind. The same, by the way, to date, twelve in number, not only convince with the indescribable style and ability of the guitarist mentioned, but also with the choice of the respective front man and singer. While the last studio album, released in 2020, simply titled Firewind, like its predecessors, was again a success and another milestone in the band's history, Firewind Still Raging - 20th Anniversary Show, a live album, is now coming out on the market, which combines both the ability of the band as well as the mood at Firewind concerts tries to capture and bring it closer to the listener and fan. Well, I'm not really a fan of live albums. I prefer to form my opinion directly in the hall or the stadiums. But if you don't have this pleasure or haven't had it before, you'll get your money's worth at this live session. The Blue Ray contains 20 live songs in the best picture and sound quality. As an encore, the twenty live songs are also available on double CD for a unique listening experience. All songs were recorded live at the 20th Anniversary Show at the Pricipal Club Theater. And even I, as a critic of live albums, have to admit that the result before me can actually be heard and seen. Now enough of the words. Get the Blue Ray and enjoy an exuberant concert evening in your own four walls. power up!!!!
