Rezension by Fenria Streetteam Berlin

Hier rollen Gitarrensalven in Rammsteinmanier.

What's coming from the Ukraine and knocking my shoes off? Aha, manntra the name of the band. Monster Mind Consuming the name of the album. Interesting, considering that the band has already released 4 albums since 2012, making it their fifth one, and that I myself haven't heard a single note of them yet. But let's just get to what I have here now. Praised as a true killer album, I approached the good piece with a bit of caution. But what followed then actually got me out of my shoes. Folk rock meets metal. A mega mixture that goes straight into the ear and finds its way unhindered across the pit of the stomach into the feet ready to dance. This sound doesn't sound new and yet unheard. Guitar volleys roll here in Rammstein style. Drums pound until the earth trembles. And all of this is accompanied by a pitch that seems to come straight from hell. Sounds partly like good old Lordi and yet, Marko Matijević Sekul, has his very own “little voice”. Well, what else can I say, besides thank you NoCut for making this enjoyment available to the listeners and thank you to the band for this incredible work which will now drive me to the next record dealer to give me the rest of the musical work I have missed so far To order newcomers. I am very curious how the material will affect me live as Tanzwut support in 2022. Great musical cinema, gentlemen. An absolute must not only for friends of folk and or rock!
The only drawback, with just under 36 minutes, the album is unfortunately over much too quickly ...
